Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, based in Western Pennsylvania. Leading engineering teams building products used at scale.

LEARNING & INTERESTS#

Spending time outside work on AI systems — how they work, how to build with them well, and what it all means. Current focus is on mechanistic interpretability: learning to reverse-engineer the internal algorithms of neural networks. Working through the math foundations and early replication work.
